This session will consider the progress of the 14-19 curriculum proposals and their impact on the range of vocational options at post-16 from 2008. The session will:
• outline the current status of Specialist Diplomas on provision from 2008;
• explore how imaginative ways of expanding vocational opportunities can provide greater breadth of choice and increase revenue stream to your sixth form.

    Can you confirm for me the following: one student doing one subject at AS then A2 = £1750 over 2 years from 2007 in total, on student foing a BTEC Award = £2968 (worth 1 A-level) over 2 years also .
    How does the LSC justify the difference in cost?
